Social economy and Roma inclusion in times of Covid-19

On 17 November 2020 join us for the online event Social economy and Roma inclusion in times of Covid-19

An event co-organised by ERGO Network, the Social Economy Intergroup and Social Economy Europe, that will bring together national practitioners, European civil society organisations and other Brussels stakeholders, as well as EU policymakers across the institutional spectrum, to discuss how to achieve real policy change for Roma rights in a social economy setting.

The event will explore the positive role that social economy initiatives can play in delivering on Roma rights and inclusion in a Covid-19 and recovery context, with the participation of Sven Giegold MEP (Greens/EFA, DE), Patrizia Toia MEP (S&D, IT) Co-chairs of the Social Economy Intergroup , Peter Pollák MEP (EPP, SK) and Romeo Franz MEP (Greens/EFA, DE), Ann Branch Head of Unit “Job Creation” at DG EMPL (European Commission) and representatives of SEE and the ERGO Network.
