SOCIAL ECONOMY EUROPE took an active role during to the conference on social economy organised by the Spanish presidency in Toledo on 06 & 07 May 2010.
A. Coheur, president of SOCIAL ECONOMY EUROPE was invited to moderate the afternoon round table on "Social economy enterprises in the context of the crisis; future challenges to ensure growth, employment and social cohesion in the EU. Social economy enterprises combine economic rationale with objectives of ethical and social progress; their different ways of doing business offer a response to the changing demands of the society."
