The General Assembly:
The General Assembly is the supreme governance structure of Social Economy Europe. It is composed of all the members, meeting, at least, once a year, before the 30 of June.
The General Assembly’s mission is to confirm the members of the Board, and controlling finances (Ratification of the Annual Accounts and adoption of the budget). The General Assembly has also the power to amend the statutes.
The board is composed of administrators, representing the members. The Board meets, at least, three times a year. The board controls the management of the organisation. It is elected by the General Assembly for a three years period.
President, Vice-Presidents and treasurer:
The President, Vice-Presidents, and treasurer of the Board, are elected by the General Assembly for a three years period.
